During high-volume times (holidays, collection launches), please allow up to 7 business days.

Shipping Rates & Carriers

We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

We use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the item size and destination.

Local pickup at our Marble Falls storefront is available at no charge. You will be notified when your order is ready.
Large or Fragile Items
At this time, we do not offer shipping for furniture, large vintage pieces, or other fragile items. These pieces are available for local pickup only at our shop in Marble Falls, Texas.
If you see something online or on social media that you're interested in, you're welcome to contact us to arrange local pickup or explore it in person at the shop.
We appreciate your understanding as we continue to grow and serve you with care.
Delivery Issues

Heirloom Shoppe is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the carrier’s hands. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact your local carrier directly. We are happy to assist with documentation if needed.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We hope to expand in the future!
