Heirloom Shoppe — Terms of Service
Welcome to Heirloom Shoppe! We are a locally owned and operated boutique located in Marble Falls, Texas, offering thoughtfully curated home goods, vintage finds, apparel, and design services. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our store, website, and any purchases made from Heirloom Shoppe.
By visiting our store or making a purchase, you agree to the following terms and policies:
1. Purchases & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods offered at checkout. Payment must be received in full at the time of purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, particularly if we suspect fraudulent activity or pricing errors.
2. Return & Exchange Policy
All sales are final.
Due to the nature of our small business and the unique character of many of our items, we do not offer refunds or general returns.
We gladly accept exchanges for clothing only, within 7 days of purchase, if the item is unworn, with tags attached, and accompanied by the original receipt. Store credit will be issued.
If an item arrives defective or damaged, please notify us within 3 days so we can address the issue.
3. Product Variations
Many of our items are handmade, vintage, or small-batch. Variations in color, texture, and finish are considered part of their charm and are not defects. Dimensions are approximate.
4. Design Services
Interior design services offered through Jessa Myer Interiors are subject to a separate agreement and scope of work. Design consultations, retainers, and custom orders are non-refundable.
5. Gift Cards & Store Credit
Gift cards and store credit issued by Heirloom Shoppe are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced.
6. Donations
A portion of our annual profit (5%) is donated to The Ark of the Highland Lakes. We are honored to support their work in the community through every purchase made at Heirloom.
7. Privacy & Data
We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected in-store or through our website is used solely to process your order, communicate with you, or improve your experience. We never sell your information.
8. Changes to Terms
Heirloom Shoppe reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted in-store and online.
