A note from the artist:

"I started painting these angels in 2023, the year my precious mom passed away. I gave a few away, set them aside and didn’t think much about them. I brought them to a show in 2025, and they sold very quickly. I started painting them again, and I feel her spirit in each one. The angels often have copper colored hair, as she was a redhead. Their wings and hair are bold and strong. These are fierce, dynamic angels “watching over us.” I love seeing them in other people’s homes, and I hope each one provides comfort from their own angels."
